I am moving back to Asia soon to start a new position. Very likely, it will be in School of Education, City University of Macau, Macau SAR.
Recently, I have been thinking a lot for my next chapter in my career. What should I really research and hwo to make is usefull or meaningful? To answer this: I may shif my research focus back to Technology-enhanced Education for underpresented groups and communities. I may also want to try something innovative or creative for girls' eductaion, especially girls in rurual China. I completed my PhD in Education & Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) at Trinity College Dublin (School of Computer Science & Statistics, School of Education), Ireland.
I worked as a research fellow (postdoc) at NHS and the School of Medicine, School of Management at the University of St Andrews, UK. I was also a guest researcher at the Institute of Psychology, University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
